DIEBOLD

The Battle to Keep Diebold From Gutting North Carolina's Public Confidence in Elections Law

Diebold News

Diebold's Attempt to overturn key sections of North Carolina's verified voting law

See Diebold News to see the beginning where Diebold filed a temporary restraining order on Dec 3, 2005 in order to be "excused" from key sections of our law.  This was done so quietly that we would not have discovered the event if not for a confidential leak.

Diebold's Sales Pitch

What Diebold Election Systems doesn't want you to know:

Diebold says - buy Diebold because they are made in North Carolina.  Would you buy a Yugo if it was made in NC? Or a pinto runabout with an exploding gas-tank?

See the sales pitch  sent to hundreds of key officials across the state, with our rebuttal

Diebold Source Code

Diebold uses Windows CE and other third party software, it also modifies the Windows CE

Diebold's operating system, while it may be a microsoft product, has been and can be altered by Diebold. Furthermore, a convicted felon did just that to Diebold software, and to the Windows CE operating system used by Diebold (when it was Global Elections Systems).

The question is:  what software has the means and opportunity to change the contents of vote data? Learn more at Diebold Code
