Subject: Minutes from IRV Meeting

Attached are the minutes, and Powerpoint slides from the IRV meeting held in Raleigh on March 6, 2007.  Out of this meeting developed a plan to move forward using the current hardware/software for the pilot programs in 2007 and May of 2008.  Stephen Berger will be developing a vendor Statement of Work with flow diagrams outlining the requirements for software, firmware and hardware changes for implementation in 2009 pending successful pilot programs.

Also attached is the latest IRV optical scan ballot that will work with the Model 100 & Model 650.  A couple major changes since the IRV meeting – we have placed the first round of voting in the first column and then allow the voter to select 2 alternate candidates (see City Council) and also we have placed the candidate names into each of the columns.  This format will be more consistent with the iVotronic layout.

Please send me questions or ideas.
