Justin Moore: member of the National Committee for Voting Integrity. I have a page dedicated to voting-related activities and information. He helped edit and contribute to the written testimony  the NCVI  submitted to the U.S. Election Assistance Committee.  Has studies of NC's 2000 and 2004 election data, analyzing undervotes by technology, voting data by precinct and contest, also has leaflets to distribute to legislators explaining  the need for VVPB. 

In December of 2004, He gave presentation about software engineering and security [PPT, 452 KB] to a Joint Special Committee of the North Carolina State Assembly.
